More information needed... What exactly was done to change the
displacement?

If you swapped out the engine, you probably should have swapped out the
carburetor with it, and no changes may be needed.

If you kept a carb optimized for 50cc, you may need to change the jets
(though since carbs are based upon air-flow siphoning gas through the jet,
a larger engine should draw more air, and hence more fuel -- however, if
the carb throat is different between a 70 and 50cc, the 50cc carb may
restrict high speed air flow).

If you mean both engines were 2-cycle designs, the oil-gas ratio
probably doesn't change.

Try big main jet and "read" the spark plug condition before and after, then ajuste the mix jet.
